- Jonathan’s DMV driver test — March 3 at 8am
- Dentist appointment — April 15 at 8am
From Inbox Processing
Unclear item from yesterday (Feb 12, 12:03 PM):
92.5% — the speaker fit, but not snug. At 100 — a little big.
This looks like notes about speaker/headphone sizing? Not clearly actionable — keeping for reference. Reuben, what is this about?
Today’s Priorities
- Breakfast with Dave (8am) — Jolene’s Diner, casual catch-up
- Share logic model to Josh on Slack — quick task, high value. Do before the weekend.
- Weekly Personal Review (2pm) — quick version: check action items, preview next week (GSE All-Staff + Legal 101 on Feb 18)
- Christyl → Lake Gregory, then CAP check-in — no rush, check-in window is 6 PM - midnight. More flex time this afternoon.
- If time this afternoon: Send OpenAI API key to Sarah/Howard, pull Egencia receipts, quick wins from action items
Reality check: You’re at CAP conference through Monday. Most work items wait until Tuesday. The extra afternoon time from the later departure is a good window for quick wins.
Session Notes
Morning Update
- Breakfast with Dave at Jolene’s — nice catch-up. Follow-ups: pay HVFC dues, ask Chris at Ascendant Aviation tax questions (added to Reminders).
- Shared logic model with Josh — posted to https://reubenthiessen.com/personal-logic-model/index.html (action item marked done)
- Inbox note clarified: The 92.5%/100% speaker sizing is for the HarmonAI 3D model of “Cheddar” (the cat that holds the speaker). Updated HarmonAI action item with sizing notes.
- Trip reimbursement: Need to pull Egencia receipts + Lyft/food/parking from Stanford trip and send to Moraima. Added to action items.
- Sent OpenAI API key to Sarah and Howard — done. Howard opted to keep his own key so he can see API usage during testing.
- CAP logistics: Christyl driving separately to Lake Gregory first. Check-in window 6pm-midnight. Need to pack, load Jonathan’s stuff, stage chairs in garage (move to Christyl’s car if we end up going to Lake Gregory).
ABCs bots work this week (captured from Slack)
Major updates to bot101.app/abcs (Feb 11-12):
