Tomorrow (Thu Jun 4) is SMCOE Build-a-Bot PD in Redwood City; Friday (Jun 5) is the DCI Flash Lab (~50 people). Hotel’s booked (Comfort Inn Palo Alto, Jun 4–5). Use today to lock delivery materials and clear the two travel-booking threads if they’re still open.

  • Confirm both flights actually got booked — June 11 team retreat (ONT→SFO) + ISTE Orlando (SAN→MCO nonstop, out Jun 28/29, back Jul 3). If yesterday’s booking didn’t happen in Egencia, this is now urgent — retreat is 8 days out.
