Feb 17: Flash Lab top-of-funnel positioning — feed other GSE programs rather than compete. Non-exclusive with ISTE. Need to concretize plan by Thursday.
Feb 17: Expand Legal 101 audience — invited tEquity (Hewko) and Create+AI (Sarahi) participants
Feb 18: No personal files on work laptop going forward (SU-18 compliance). Personal items tracked via Apple Reminders only.
Feb 18: Seed grant lifecycle framework: SPARK → BUILD → SHARPEN → SCALE. Focus new offerings on Capacity Building and Cross-Pollination (per Josh’s direction).
Feb 19: Three metrics for the model: Playbook, Reach, Revenue. ISTE partnership = test bed for capacity building model. Need “what’s your model?” artifact ready for any conversation.
Feb 19: Audience for lifecycle is broader than seed grantees — also LDC, Create+AI. Two packaging modes: bundled cohort track + a la carte.
