• Tinkery + Lake Forest travel prep — Flash Lab slides sent to Gregory. Lake Forest format pivoted to Activation Stage (2x 1-hour sessions).
• Health Coach Bot regroup — Cloud-sync default for IRB, A/B experiment design, moderation pipeline, bot-version tracking.
• flashlab.live — New domain registered, friendly URLs for boost cards pushed to production.

• Gregory Wilson Flash Lab planning (12:30pm) — Up to 16 York Scholars, Jenny Nadaner is director. 4 student tracks. Key question: collaborative format for individual projects.

• Lake Forest planning (3:15pm) with Christine + Josh — Isabelle added Tinkery tour + Victor discussion, reducing workshop time to Tue 3:30-4:30 + Wed 9-10am. Pivoted to Activation Stage concept. Christine’s framing: “What role do humans and AI play in developing these solutions?”
