• Q2 execution ramp — Quarterly planning done last week. Time to move on CRM survey, ISTE registration, and CRISPRkit follow-ups.
• Studio Services & cross-team alignment (Wed) — Big meeting with Doorley, Britos Cavagnaro, Cathy Chase, Moraima, Josh, Joe. Studio-wide collaboration.
• sofIA meeting (Fri) — Sergio Arango + Josh. First meeting on tech & AI questions for the sofIA project.
• Clear carried backlog — Long tail of items from PTO + Q1 close-out. Timecard due Wednesday.
