• Strategic Huddle prep (May 12) — surface the vibe-coded MVP support flag, CRISPRkit handoff status, SofIA-while-Joe-OOO update.
• CRM survey questions — drafting hanging since Mar 5; either commit a date with Josh in Thu 1:1 or de-scope. Goal 3 leading indicator.
