Bay Area delivery week. The whole week bends around two back-to-back workshops up north: SMCOE AI Literacy PD Day 1 (Thu Jun 4, Redwood City, with Christine + Gregory + Tammy) and the DCI Community Celebration Flash Lab (Fri Jun 5, Arrillaga Alumni Center, ~50 people, Isabelle’s ask). Fly ONT→SFO Thu 6am, Comfort Inn Palo Alto Thu night, back SFO→ONT Fri 9pm. Monday’s SMCOE Run-Through (10am) is the last prep beat before Thursday. Tuesday is the SAL June All Hands (12pm) + AS:DE (11am). No Josh 1:1 this week — Thursday is eaten by SMCOE delivery. Pre-travel debt to clear Mon–Wed: Workshops Sheet sync, Strategic Horizon refresh. (Moraima receipts already sent Fri night.)

  • Two deliveries, two days, one trip. SMCOE AI Literacy PD Day 1 (Thu) and DCI Celebration Flash Lab (Fri) are the week. Both are external-facing capacity-building reps (Goal 3). Walk in with materials staged, Flash Lab partnership criteria refreshed, and the DCI ~50-person scope locked.
  • Monday Run-Through = final SMCOE prep. 10am with Christine, Gregory, Tammy. This is the dry run before Thursday’s live PD — surface any gaps now, not Wednesday night.
  • Clear pre-travel debt before Thursday. Workshops Sheet sync (Fizzy #119) — the Jun 4 SMCOE + Jun 5 DCI rows still aren’t pushed up. Strategic Horizon refresh if it didn’t land Friday. (Moraima receipts — done, sent Fri night.)
  • Keep GPS warm. R/R/R retrospective toward the June 30 submission. No 1:1 this week to checkpoint against, so it’s self-driven — protect a Wednesday block before travel swallows Thu/Fri.
