Team Retreat week. After last week’s two-delivery Bay Area trip (SMCOE PD + DCI Flash Lab), this week is quiet on the calendar and bends around one thing: Thursday’s all-day Team Retreat 2 — “The Revenge of the Studio” (Josh, Joe, Reuben), Bay Area, 9am–5:30pm. Same-day round trip: UA 2363 ONT→SFO 6am out, UA 552 SFO→ONT 9pm back (conf PKZGSB, already booked). Tuesday’s AS:DE is canceled — Josh folded it into Thursday (“we’ll see a lot of each other”). No separate Josh 1:1. That leaves Mon–Wed as open focus blocks: prime time to push the GPS retrospective (June 30 deadline, ~3 weeks out) and clear the lingering ISTE/travel debt before Orlando at the end of the month. Back still recovering — pace Thursday’s travel day.

  • Thursday’s Team Retreat is the week. All-day studio offsite with Josh + Joe in the Bay Area. Same-day round trip (flights booked). The one fixed beat — everything else flexes around it. Come with the GPS/goals thinking warm, since this is effectively the strategic checkpoint replacing this week’s canceled AS:DE and the missing 1:1.
  • Use the open Mon–Wed runway for GPS. Light calendar = focus time. The GPS retrospective (R/R/R narrative + STAR prompts) is due June 30 and is now ~3 weeks out. Self-driven this week — no 1:1 to checkpoint against until the retreat itself. Protect a real block.
  • Clear pre-ISTE / lingering debt. ISTE presenter registration + participation agreement (Fizzy #124), Workshops Sheet sync (Fizzy #119), Strategic Horizon refresh, fix the Jul 1 calendar event location (still says San Antonio, should be Orlando). Timecard deadline lands Monday Jun 15 (next week) — file before/at the retreat.
  • Recover. Back’s been sore since last week’s travel. Pace Thursday, keep the rest of the week sane.
