Week of June 14 - June 20, 2026
The last working week before two weeks out. OOO starts Friday Jun 19 (Mammoth Jun 19–21, then ISTELive Orlando Jun 28–Jul 3, back ~Jul 6), so Mon–Thu is the entire runway for anything with a June deadline. Two hard compressions: the GPS retrospective (officially due Jun 30, effectively due Thu Jun 18 at the 1:1) and both timecards (6/1–6/15 due Mon Jun 15; 6/16–30 due Jun 30 — file early, by Thu Jun 18, since the deadline lands while you’re at ISTE). Wednesday is the busy day: Latvia MOU at 10am and Kellie at 4:30pm. Juneteenth (Fri Jun 19) is a federal holiday and the OOO doorstep. Back still recovering from last week’s retreat travel.
Weekly Focus
From Q2 goals, the OOO countdown, and carryover from last week
- Treat Mon–Thu as the last working window before July. You’re out Fri Jun 19 through ~Jul 6. Every June-deadline item has to clear by Thursday’s 1:1 or get deliberately punted to early July. No coasting days this week.
- GPS retrospective is the marquee item. R/R/R narrative + STAR prompts, officially due Jun 30 but effectively due Thu Jun 18 since you’re OOO after. Thursday’s Josh 1:1 is the natural checkpoint — bring real draft pages, not an outline.
- Clear the admin + ISTE debt before you leave. Both timecards (Mon Jun 15 + file Jun 16–30 early by Thu), ISTE presenter registration + participation agreement (Fizzy #124, open since May 28), fix the Jul 1 calendar location (still San Antonio → Orlando), SW seat for Jun 28. AI Pavilion Orientation is Tue 3:30pm PT.
- Two external meetings Wednesday. Latvia MOU (Flash Lab, 10am — Greg says Latvia’s ready to move) and Kellie (4:30pm — she wants the full 4–5pm hour; extend the hold). Dan email already sent Jun 12, so the Kellie thread is unblocked.

- File retreat outputs from INBOX (values audit, amendments, tag decisions, handbook 2.0 merge owner/date) — flagged Jun 12, may still be unrouted
- Jaylen Pittman / Roy Pea — offline AI playground: Pi 5 mirror, Firebase logging, student audit log, UI tweaks (
jaylen-webllm-followup, Fizzy #121) - SofIA security doc → Sergio + Micaela; auth flow + DB schema (
sofia-security-doc) - AS one-pager + services tear sheet (co-design w/ Darcy) (
f8953e6f,8f13265e) - Draft 3-year Accelerator anniversary emails (Josh, Kristen, Cathy, Isabelle)

- Darcy: one-pager + tear sheet feedback
- Brooke (OTL): Geoff Cox + YouCubed contract precedent
- Marily / Caitlin: IRB feedback on Health Coach Bot
- Wen Ma (MyBook): Firebase billing question answered Jun 9 (“no cost on MyBook”); replied again Jun 15 on the new “really stuck” thread. (Fizzy #127)

Carried From Last Week (Jun 7–13)
Send the Dan email— sent Fri Jun 12 9:36am PT (“External research on SAL offerings (Flash Lab)”). Kellie meeting unblocked. (Fizzy #125 closed)- Reply to Cathy Chase (3 comments) + Paige Teamey on
interview_data_processedsheet (Fizzy #128) - Strategic Huddle (May 12) running-notes filing — still open (~5 weeks)
- Cyan DeVeaux — commit (Kerns + Tech Interactive intros) or formally pause. 8+ weeks rolled.
- Reply to Anthony Pollina — review his AI lesson plan
- Draft CRM survey questions — hanging since Mar 5
- Date the four undated headings in
running-notes.md(DLS, SAL All-Hands, Design-build-iterate, Josh O3) so the ETL parser stops dropping them
Week’s Accomplishments
Cumulative list, updated as the week progresses
- Dan email sent (Jun 12) — Kellie thread unblocked
- Timecard 6/1–6/15 filed (Mon)
- GPS retrospective draft pages (Mon–Thu runway)
Decisions Made
(Updated as the week progresses)
Cooling Connections
Auto-surfaced from etl_cooling at 21-day threshold. Reuben decides re-engage / check in / drop.
Worth a nudge (active project ties):
- Marily Oppezzo / Michele Patel — 83 days. Health Coach Bot; IRB feedback still owed from their side. Suggest: a one-line “still on my list — where are you on IRB?” before you go OOO, so it can move while you’re out.
Lower-priority / situational:
- Victor Lee — 116 days by the ETL clock, but re-touched in person at the DCI panel Jun 5. Treat as resolved; no separate outreach.
- Rachel Wolf — 91 days. Last active March recs thread. Drop unless concrete surfaces.
- Vanessa Monterosa — 137 days. On the Carried list (NewSchools follow-up) — close it out either way.
- Ana Saavedra — 125 days. Colombia chatbot wrapped Feb. Likely clean dormant.
- Bernardo Silveira / Victoria Delaney — 116 days. Drop unless surfaced.
- Anna-Lena Neurohr — 138 days. Drop unless surfaced.
Stories/Impact to Capture
Candidates for Airtable or quoted-impact.md
- DCI thank-yous (Brittany Carlson + Katie Connor, ED) — landed last week: mentorship offer for GSE teams, DCI Fellows → Tinkery visit next fall (Becca Taylor planning), alums pointed at the Flash Lab toolkit. Already filed as Quoted Impact; pull into June Airtable. [RIPPLE] / [MULTIPLIER].
- Latvia MOU (Wed) — if the MOU moves forward, that’s a new international Flash Lab partner — a forward signal worth noting (emerging story). [BRIDGE-BUILD] / [SCALE-MOMENT].
- June deliveries (SMCOE PD + DCI Flash Lab) — still owed in the June Airtable entries; capture before end-of-month (which lands during OOO).
Carried to Next Week
(Updated at end of week)
Created: 2026-06-15 (Monday). Last working week before two weeks OOO (Fri Jun 19 → ~Jul 6: Mammoth, then ISTELive Orlando). Mon–Thu is the full runway — GPS retrospective (effective Thu Jun 18 deadline) and both timecards (file early) are the compressions. Wednesday is the busy day (Latvia MOU 10am + Kellie 4:30pm). Back still recovering from retreat travel.
