Re-entry week after ISTELive Orlando. Back in the saddle Mon Jul 6 after a week fully OOO (conference Mon–Wed, AI Flash Lab session Wed Jul 1, PTO Thu–Fri). The week has a light meeting load — the one heavy day is Tuesday, when the monthly cadence stacks up (End-of-month wrap-up → AS:DE → AI Learning Day planning, all back-to-back). Everything parked during OOO now comes due: GPS forward goals, June monthly Airtable, the Q2 logic-model quarterly, strategic-horizon refresh, and the Latvia MOU. First job is capturing ISTE impact while it’s still fresh.

From annual goals and the OOO re-entry context

  • Work the parked re-entry queue. GPS forward goals (drafted, Jun 30 deadline landed during OOO), June monthly Airtable + Q2 logic-model quarterly (both punted to early July by design), strategic-horizon refresh (overdue since April), Latvia MOU. Confirm sequencing with Josh in Thu 1:1.
  • Land the end-of-month cadence Tuesday. The wrap-up convo + AS:DE both fall Tue — the 30-day documentation cycle needs Airtable reconciliation, tag coverage, and 2–3 emerging stories. This is Goal 1 (tag meetings + 75% tag coverage). Bring the June deliveries (SMCOE PD, DCI Flash Lab) and the ISTE moments.
  • Capture ISTE impact before it fades. The Wed Jul 1 Flash Lab session was the Goal-3 national-stage showcase. Log attendee reactions, any Joseph South / Jessica Garner / Nadia Selim conversations, and licensing/TTT movement into Airtable + quoted-impact.md now — this is the headline June/July story.
  • AI Learning Day (Jul 28/29) kicks off. New internal ask: planning meeting Tue for the Accelerator team’s AI PD day (Marlene Castro organizing, Gregory + Josh). Reuben facilitating.
