DESIGNER PHASE (30 min)

0:30 10 Pick your angle - who specifically are you designing for?
0:40 5 Lock in: one-sentence problem statement

BUILDER PHASE (30 min)

1:10 5 Name your solution, identify the “magic moment”

BREAK & TRANSITION (5 min)
