ISTE Partnership (In Progress)

  • Feb 25 meeting outcomes: rev-share + authorized provider model, $7,500/day CLS benchmark, Activation Stage concept
  • Waiting on Isabelle: OTL conversation + dean buy-in
  • My open items: Chris Agnew follow-up, due diligence on training volume/revenue, CLS faculty vs. contractors question
