Ideas for how Claude can help Reuben - to work through over time.

Immediate/Tactical

  • Meeting Prep Briefs — /meeting-prep skill. Deep prep with attendee research, project context, past meetings, web research → prep/YYYY-MM-DD-description.md
  • INBOX Processing — /process-inbox skill. Routes INBOX.md content to meetings, action items, projects, quotes.
  • Post-Meeting Capture — /meeting-notes skill. Quick capture after meetings: format, file, extract actions, log contacts, update projects.

Strategic/Pattern Recognition

  • Partnership/Project Tracker — Individual project files in projects/ + SQLite ETL layer + dashboard at /projects
  • Quarterly Review Prep — Covered by /synthesis (pattern recognition, goal alignment, evidence chains) + /weekly-review (end-of-month mode). Could add a dedicated quarterly mode if needed.
  • Capacity Check — Framework for “should I say yes to this?” Pull current commitments, calendar load, goal alignment, and show what you’d be trading off. Lower frequency but strategically valuable.

Content/Communication

  • Email Drafter — /email-drafter skill. Drafts with context from people profiles, projects, meetings.
  • Draft External Comms — Handled by /email-drafter for replies. Proposals and workshop descriptions handled ad-hoc (no dedicated skill — low enough frequency).
  • Presentation Support — Slide review, talking points, Q&A prep. Not built. Low frequency — ad-hoc for now.

Catch-up & Awareness

  • Slack Catch-up — /slack-catchup skill. Scan key channels, surface DMs, summarize what you missed.
  • Relationship Radar — etl_cooling tool + /synthesis cooling connections section. Dashboard shows cooling connections at /synthesis.

Meeting Workflows

  • Meeting Follow-up — Covered by /meeting-notes (capture + action items + contact logging). Follow-up email drafting offered as optional step at the end.
  • Quick Status / Standup — /standup skill. 30-second snapshot from ETL: priorities, action items, projects, blockers.

Travel & Events

  • Travel Prep — Compound prep for trips: all meetings at destination, attendee profiles, logistics, open items to close before leaving. Not built — only a few trips per quarter. Could build when next trip approaches.

Goal Tracking

  • Goal Check-in — Covered by /synthesis goal alignment section + /standup for quick view. Could add --goals mode to standup if needed.

System Improvements

  • Airtable Sync Sessions — /monthly-airtable skill. Guided workflow: cross-references ETL, writes narratives, batch creates records.
  • People Profile Enrichment — Happens during /meeting-prep (web research for unknown attendees) and /meeting-notes (create profiles for recurring contacts). Also /end-of-day Step 8.7 captures new people.
